Walking/travel time from London Stadium after Metallica on Sunday

We're at the Metallica gig tomorrow (Sunday). I'm aware leaving and walking to Stratford can be up to 90 minutes instead of the usual 20 after a large show.

Friend is slightly anxious about making the tube as there isn't the late night service on a Sunday. We're driving up from Dorset, so my plan was going to be parking at Debden, then Central line to Pudding Mill Lane. On the way back the last one from PML is 23:42, or 23:50 from Stratford. As the stadium curfew is 22:00, I'm hoping this is enough time, but friend not convinced.

Any tips, reassurance, totally different routes please? My aim (which we generally do whenever we come up) is to get close with the car but avoid the more inner city driving.

What the hell do I do about an assessment they now say I have to pay for again

My son had his assessment booked for this Tuesday. He woke up with a blinding migraine, which is unfortunately something he gets regularly. He's badly photosensitive with them and has to spend the day in a pitch black room.

I called and said I knew it was only an hour to his appointment but he would really struggle with it, and I think we need to rebook it. She said that was fine and we'd receive an email with available slots.

I just opened my email to find this. I am pretty frantic and trying not to throw up in honesty. I cannot possibly afford to pay this again. She even says in the email that she said the wrong thing on the phone. Had she said what she has now told me, I would have ok, we will do it in a pitch black room or I'll say to him he just has to sit in some light. I doubt he would have been able to speak much, but it sounds like they wouldn't actually have given me any other choice.

What do I do? Any advice welcome, please.

UPDATE: Thank you all so much for the kind words; it was one of those moments where I had had an awful week, rough day, hideous evening, and this little cherry on top I couldn't calibrate if I was overreacting. Thanks to your calm advice, I emailed and only initially had to point out the phone call discrepancy and request a discretionary waiving of the charge for them to agree.

I was all ready and prepped for a call with the Equalities Act 2010 for the chronic migraine, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for the disproportionate charge, the call, the CQC - so I've learnt a lot from you!
