Is anyone with a KS lower able to get the Atrius FRS w/ G lever to work with their Geissele SSA, or SSA-E?
The FRS works perfectly with a Schmidt milspec and original lever. But I don’t really want a milspec in my KS-3, so I’m trying to get the Geissele to work

I absolutely cannot get mine to run, and I’ve been sent a new G lever, and now, a new & improved (less tolerance stacking supposedly) spring, and I still cannot get a trigger pull on FRS mode. With the new spring it works good in semi auto now, but still no sear release in FRS. I’d need to shave a good bit off the rear of the trigger bar to get it to release, which supposedly isn’t required. It’s not like an Arc fire that needs a SS cut.

I’m wanting to see if I’m just unlucky, and have a weird spec with massive tolerance stacking issues on just my lower, or are other people having issues with this FRS with a Geissele and their Knights lowers?

What full-power range ammo should I switch to?

I don’t want one off stories, or that the last 3 boxes of Winchester White Box has worked well for you. I want info from people who have shot a lot, tried a lot of brands, and have seen and experienced a range of 5.56 ammos. (Not lightly loaded .223, I want full pressure 5.56) If it’s 223 but hot, that’s fine, but I’m not looking for a slow and light pressure .223. Taking into account who or where it’s loaded, or that large departments or agencies use it would be good support info in my mind as well.

Everytime I start reading reviews on ammos, people start complaining of issues. I can’t find one that doesn’t have at least a few people calling the ammo junk and that XXX ammo is better.
Popped primers are my worst nightmare after having my 300BLK AAC ammo (I was given it for free fortunately, probably cause it was junk) continuously pop primers every 3-5 rounds, causing me to have to disassemble my gun to get it running again.

So I am now worried about the 55gr 5.56 Hornady Frontier I had been stocking & shooting, as popped primers and weirdly hot loadings is a common complaint it seems. (Somehow low velocity, but accurate, but also sharp recoiling on some accounts???)
Leaning towards X-Tac but want confirmation, and make sure I’m not missing anything.
