Has anyone heard anything about flights not being able to land at the Aspen airport?

I'm in Aspen, leaving Wednesday, wondering what's going on as no one seems to really know.

I'm cheating on Delta

I need to go to Jo'burg from NYC in the fall and Delta flights are absolutely insane, $13,000-$15,000 for D1. Insane! Checked Emirates-- business class on an A380 for less than $5K round trip. And after looking into it a bit more, it looks like I am in for a TREAT. I won't get the Delta miles. Oh well.

For regrowth of a pituitary tumor, is it better to do meds or surgery?

My kid had surgery 3 years ago to get rid of this, but it looks like it's back. Any experience or suggestions to help us weigh our options?

Unexpected plants grow on my balcony--anyone know how?

I live in Manhattan and I have a balcony I grow flowers on every year in about 5-6 different large planters. Two years ago, completely mysteriously, a cherry tomato plant grew in one of. my planters. It yielded maybe 5 little tomatoes but it was awesome. This year, I planted several different varieties of flowers but one grouping is clearly none of them. Used one of those apps to identify it and it's sunflowers!

Any idea how these get to my balcony? Do they just blow over from other balconies? Is it from pigeon poop?

Weird question about window coverings

My mother who is 82 and has MD is just moving into a new apartment in a retirement community. Her apartment gets loads of direct sunlight--too much. She doesn't want to live with the blinds down. Does anyone know if there's a way to overlay something to tint windows so they just filter out some of the harsher light?

Skip a day?

I started 25mg on Monday, so this is only my 5th day. I've had diarrhea every day and increasing anxiety. I totally know that's normal, but today is downright unpleasant. I'm going to stick with it, 100%, but I thought of maybe skipping tomorrow. Thoughts?
