I'm looking for a safe site to read Aching God by Mike Shel on, since it's not on kobo and I don't have a library card. anyone know a site that's free and safe?

I've heard a lot recently about how you shouldn't be on your phone right after waking up in the morning so you don't ruin your dopamine for the day (extra explanation on that is welcome too). I've started to switch my phone for reading when I wake up, but how long should I wait before picking up my phone?

Hello, so I'm basically a huge scaredy cat (as stated in the title obviously) but that mostly counts towards scary visuals I believe. Anyways, I really want to try out reading horror books, but honestly have no clue where to start. I've obviously heard tons about Stephen King, but would like if there's any books that would be good to start with a someone who's never read or watched horror. Like something not too scary to try it out first.
