Update portrait likeness (final?)

Thank you all so much for the overwhelmingly positive feedback and comments on this piece! The second picture is the reference photo and then the pictures after that are my progress photos. Would you say this looks finished? Any last changes? Thank you again for being such a great community and for the support! (: This was made on procreate with my iPad.

Portrait likeness update 2

The right side image is the reference photo. Thank you to everyone for the encouragement and critiques on this painting! Ive tried blocking out the rest of the painting (the bodies, hair, clothes) and still need to complete rendering of these bits, but wanted thoughts on whether anything anatomically looks off before I continue. Thanks in advance for any advice! And I’m sorry for spamming the artcrit lol I’m trying to finish this for a gift by Tuesday :’) this was made with procreate on my iPad

Portrait likeness update

Thank you to everyone in my last post for the feedback! This is where I’m at right now, I’m feeling more comfortable with how the left person is portrayed, but still open to thoughts. Otherwise, would love initial thoughts on the right person. The second photo is the reference and the last one is my previous progress. Thanks in advance! This is made on my iPad with procreate.

Portrait likeness help

Hello everyone! I’m working first on the subject on the left and this is my progress so far. The second picture is my reference photo, I would love some feedback so far on the likeness and how you might recommend tweaking it to look more like her. This is made with procreate on my iPad. Thanks in advance for any advice and suggestions! (Ps, I haven’t really done the eyebrows yet so don’t mind that lol)

How to start hip thrusts from the ground correctly

I’ve been building up my own home gym and I’m trying to make sure my form is good when I start a hip thrust from the ground with my barbell. I want to make sure I’m not using my lower back when I do this since the last few times I’ve done hip thrusts, RDLs, and deadlifts I’ve had a lot of muscle soreness in my back and lower back and I don’t know if that’s normal (it resolves within a few days). Thanks in advance!

Portrait likeness help

This piece is still a work in progress for the hair, clothes, and kitten, but I’m looking for insight on the likeness of the face. This is a digital painting made with procreate on my ipad. Thanks for any and all comments/suggestions!
