Wij willen af van onze lokale Windows Server / Active Directory / Remote Desktop omgeving en volledig overstappen naar Microsoft 365.
De situatie is nu dat medewerkers via Remote Desktop op onze lokale server werken. De vorige IT-beheerder is niet meer beschikbaar en er is helaas nauwelijks overdracht geweest.
Microsoft 365 gebruiken we al en van de server wordt een back-up gemaakt.
Het gewenste eindresultaat is eigenlijk simpel:
Medewerkers werken rechtstreeks op hun eigen Windows-pc/laptop, dus geen Remote Desktop meer.
Pc’s worden gekoppeld aan Microsoft Entra ID.
Gebruikers melden zich aan met hun Microsoft 365-account.
Apparaten en gebruikers willen we daarna zelf kunnen toevoegen/beheren vanuit Microsoft 365/Entra (eventueel Intune).
Bestanden die nog lokaal staan migreren naar SharePoint/OneDrive.
Lokale Active Directory en uiteindelijk de fysieke server uitfaseren.
Wij willen zelf eigenaar blijven van alle adminaccounts, MFA, recovery en Microsoft-tenant.
We zoeken iemand die eerst kort kan inventariseren wat er nu precies op de server draait en vervolgens de migratie kan uitvoeren zonder dat gebruikers/data verloren gaan.
Het belangrijkste is dat we na afloop niet opnieuw afhankelijk zijn van een externe IT-beheerder. We willen een eenvoudige Microsoft 365-omgeving die we voor dagelijkse zaken zelf kunnen beheren, inclusief goede documentatie en een korte overdracht.
Bij voorkeur iemand uit Nederland die ervaring heeft met on-prem Active Directory → Entra ID / Microsoft 365 migraties.

As part of the development of a new financial administration team in Nador, we are looking for 2 accounting employees who are interested in developing their skills in Dutch financial administration.

You will work from Nador on the financial records of various Dutch companies. A comprehensive training and onboarding programme will be provided.

Previous experience with Dutch accounting is not required. We are primarily looking for candidates with a solid foundation in accounting, strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new processes quickly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processing and reviewing financial records
• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Processing and checking bank transactions
• Working with the financial records of various Dutch companies
• Identifying missing documents and accounting discrepancies
• Learning Dutch accounting and tax procedures
• Over time, progressing towards financial checks, VAT returns, monthly closings and preparatory work for annual accounts

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You live in Nador or the surrounding area and have completed a relevant accounting or finance programme, preferably:

Diplôme de Technicien Spécialisé en Gestion des Entreprises – option Comptabilité-Finance (OFPPT)
or an equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Economics.

In addition:
• Good command of English is required
• You have a solid basic knowledge of accounting
• You work accurately and in a structured manner
• You are comfortable working with computers and digital systems
• You are a quick learner
• You are motivated to learn Dutch financial administration and accounting procedures
Knowledge of Dutch is not required.
