Tetra mouth rot?
Hi, it was originally one tetra, the one with the more advanced case but now it’s two. I treated with ich x and when that didn’t work I tried Kanaplex. 3 doses over 6 days per the instructions. These little guys are isolated from my main tank but there’s no sign of improvement.

Stocking is just ramshorns that I use as a cleanup crew.
