Guys do you think BYD will replace Toyota as a volume brand in UAE in the near future or will that tag goes to Jetour or someone else

I have been working in automotive industry for over 10 years & have done sales & administration. Things are getting stressful and difficult as you know in my current work place. Where do I look forward to for a switch ? Different brands or different industry ? Currently I am at a Japanese car maker
