trekking in the rain! (or not?)

what's the lowest trekking point i can go to as a complete amateaur by myself (with barely any gear, just a courageous heart) to get a glimpse of Himalaya? which is also safe because i've heard it's already raining there! and if any groups are going there by the end of this month. thankyou

pls also suggest some good registered govt. agencies for a guide! i heard going solo is now not allowed?

suing people for bursting crackers at 1 in the morning!! opinions?

a bunch of people, girls and boys both around the ages of 20-25, around 1-1:10 a, burst VERY loud crackers to celebrate a girl's birthday, right in front of my house which is part of a residential government area. none of them seemed to live here or nearby because they were all in cars & on bikes! they littered the entire street with cracker residue + scared both my mom, who's a heart patient & my dog who's also very old (both were also fast asleep before these people came). they were soo loud that i could hear their entire conversation from across the street. one of the guys said "jaldi jaldi karlo, nagar nigam ko 10,000 rupay kaun dega?" and the rest laughed it off. it is utterly disgusting to me how you, just for a single person, jeopardize the health and well-being of others. this is just the condition of people at my home that i'm aware of; i'm sure there are others in the vicinity too who were disturbed by those jobless teens celebrating a stupid birthday. don't take me for an old party pooper uncle. i'm 20 but still do not condone this. i'm thinking of submitting the video evidence to the police so they can sort the matter themselves & make sure these people think twice before ruining someone's sleep at 1 in the morning. not only is bursting crackers illegal after a certain time but also doesn't indore aim to be #1 in terms of cleanliness? what could've been well-avoided now waits for the nagar nigam workers in the morning to get sweeped. how appalling!

F20 planning her first ever (spontaneous) solo trip to Udaipur! help me out!

hi people of Udaipur!! i, (F20) am planning a VERY impulsive & completely unplanned SOLO TRIP to Udaipur by the end of this month and i need alllll the help, suggestions, warnings, hidden gems, and local wisdom you can throw at me! (pls do understand that as much as i'd love to visit in a cooler month, this is the only free time i have)

this will be my FIRST ever solo trip & honestly i have no idea about the thumb rules of Udaipur or solo travel in general. i’m not looking for a super luxurious trip, i actually WANT to experience the rawness and soul of the city properly i.e. the rich heritage & culture, food, people, music, art, nature, old streets, night vibes, everything!

my current rough plan is that i'll volunteer at the Mewar Exotic Farm (which, i do admit is kinda far from the city) for almost 2 days bcs i wanna take in the beauty of Aravallis & then i'll finally head to the city and spend at max 3 days there. so overall, a 4-5 day trip.

what i'd LOVE recommendations for:

- authentic local food spots (not just influencer cafés pls)

- cultural experiences / dance / night shows (PLS) & beautiful heritage spots beyond the obvious tourist checklist

- safe places to stay for solo female travellers in the main city (hostels, homestays etc.)

- places to meet (non-creepy) people/travellers

- sunset/sunrise spots

- local markets/artisan places ( VERY IMP!! )

- things tourists usually miss but absolutely shouldn’t

&&&&

- areas to avoid / safety tips / scam warnings

- transportation tips !! (autos, scooters, buses etc.)

- and at the end, general “don’t do this here” advice

i'm overall very open-minded and genuinely excited to experience Udaipur respectfully and fully !! please help a girl out with your best suggestions!

I just got my Jimin ARIRANG Vinyl delivered to me today and was beyond disappointed to find it damaged in the WORST way possible. I found both the outer packaging and the contents inside to be severely damaged. The item shows extensive creases, deep wrinkles, bending, and visible scratches and I'm not sure how to fix it. I didn't purchase this through Weverse directly but through an instagram shop who received as well as sent the vinyl in the best packaging and condition. It got mishandled in transit and I've already filed a complaint, HOWEVER, I WANT TO FIX THIS SOOO BAAAD BCS I CAN'T LET JIMIN BE LIKE THIS SKDJSJDSIJ 🤕💔💔

SOMEONE PLS TELL ME HOW TO FIX IT?? 🙏I ALREADY TRIED IRONING THE POSTER BUT IT DOESN'T FIX ANYTHING
