I completely get needed them and the scooters are decent sized but I always try to stay out of the way and make sure they have enough space to move freely,but today it felt like 90% of the store was on scooters and were blocking all of the isle ways. I just genuinely don’t get the entitlement of some people. I mean regular carts are the same way but at least you can work around those. (Genuinely saw a train of like 5 people going down one isle on the scooters)

So Im decently new in OGP so I haven’t learned all the tricks to keep your pick rate consistent and I feel like part of my problem is I try to help every customer when they come up and ask for help but I haven’t learned a quick and efficient way to tell them without kinda being a asshole. Any tips would be greatly appreciated and also any tips on keeping your pick rate decent are as well. Thank you
