Recently I purchased apple type c earbuds and it is not recognising the headset i tried all the methods by seeing the youtube but still for no use, guys help to find a way of it

I have my exam on August 3rd I haven't studied anything yet literally starting from zero , am i able to pass or am i the only one to start this late pls guys give some tips to pass or even to get more marks in this short spawn of time
