Grubb addressed the Obsidian situation on the latest episode of his Game Mess Decides podcast, the tldr was that he checked with his sources and confirmed that at least at one point Obsidian was in the discussion to be shut down or sold. Seems like, according to him, the confusion stems from Xbox making decisions/changing their mind "within a 24 hour period" when in the past it would have taken weeks/months.

I was expecting a package yesterday but it wasn't delivered, when I checked the tracking I had a yellow bar at the top of the tracking that said "Address Information Required. We were unable to deliver your package. Please provide the gate or security code to complete your delivery." My building has a key lock, not a code lock so I can't provide an entry code. I have never had a problem with UPS delivering at my apartment before, I believe my usual delivery person might have a key to the building because they typically will leave the packages in front of my apartment door and if they don't I have the driver instruction set to leave it at the front door in case they can't get in. I got an email today saying it is now scheduled for delivery on Monday, will they still attempt delivery even if I don't update my non-existent entry code?
