Weak knees

Despite cycling for a few years and enjoying it as a hobby, I always felt that my knees are the first thing that gets tired. Now I'm in college and standing for hours obviously reminded me of my knees

I also have thoughts of going back to cycling, but before that I just want to fix the problem with my knees.

Even right now, didn't do much yesterday in school and this morning I can feel my knees are a bit tired.

I first noticed this when I was around 16 when I was really active in exercising(gym & cycling) and I'm now 18 and less active than before.

Also have concerns since my knees are weak now, of course i want to make it stronger for my future self.

Sony A7III or A7RIII. Tamron 28 200

Budget: 80k php below

Country: Philippines

Type of camera: Mirrorless

Intended use: Friends, travel, sometimes event coverage, flash and printing

If photography what style: cars, landscape, events, portraits and birds

Features absolutely need: good noise control, and good af even in low light and good hdr

Portability: not needed

Cameras I'm considering: Sony A7III or Sony A7RIII

Camera I already have: Sony A7II

Notes, I will do raw + light room and in planning to get Tamron 28 200, my question is, is getting tamron going to ruin the purpose of "R"? And my expected ISO region will be 100-6400 or something

keep viltrox air 50mm, buy tamron 28 200, and buy Nikkor 300mm f4 cheap for ocassionak bird photography

Sell A7ii and sigma mc11 and sigma 70 300 2.8 dg os hsm

I also see A7III going for similar price, around 45k php and higher sc too

A7RIII similar price, lower sc.

Saw A7RIII for 48k php and Tamron 30k php

Total: 78k

What car should my mom get?

She's interested in the Vinfast VF3

Why?

Full Electric. No more fuel consumption.

Buy-back system. After like 3 years vinfast can buy it back for 70%?

For me I'm just thinking, is it even going to last 3 years?

I'm suggesting to get a Honda Fit/Jazz

Why?

Good fuel economy.

More spacious that VF3.

Reputable.

Easier parts and I can do the maintenance.

Cheaper.

Less worries.

Who doesn't like a Fit/Jazz

She'll use it for going around the city from time to time. My mom doesn't always go outside, maybe just a few times in a week. And if we are going to go far, we'll use my car. A byd seal 5. We probably aren't even going to use the vinfast for going far.
