Metro was in court yesterday - against City of Burbank - for NoHo-Pasadena BRT
Metro is suing Burbank to approve construction permits for BRT. Burbank is telling Metro to go back and study the project more, since SB79 passed. Metro's argument for a preliminary injunction was heard yesterday. The judge didn't decide anything yet.
