The CBC podcast See You in Court has an episode out about Alex, who is the 16-year-old son of the Russian illegals secretly living and spying in Canada and the US. This family is the family that inspired The Americans. The court case is Canada v. Vavilov, where Alex sued to reinstate his Canadian citizenship. I thought this episode was very interesting and wanted to share.

I got this watercolor drawing for a relatively low bid on the auction site Maxsold. It was done by a V. Nelson in 2002, and it says the cat’s name is Minnie. Minnie is now proudly displayed on my wall.
