Day 2 for not putting sauces and sugar on my meal

Wa it’s really a challenge coz I always just get commercially marinated meat and eat with rice or veges lol. I really didn’t want my meal to be sad by eating chicken with salt and pepper so I decided to marinate chicken with salt, smoked paprika, thyme and basil. It tastes better than I thought lol

Veges as a side were kumara, broccoli and courgettes :)

How I feel about day 2? I feel good during day time coz I don’t feel starving anymore. I usually feel like eating lots of carbs during meal time (or not eating for more than 5-6 hours) but I just feel little bit hungry during the day lol.

Anyways, yea looks more like a human food now 😝

Trying less sauce & flavourings DAY 1

Somebody said they stopped eating sauces and etc due to their health reasons and their body has gone way better (and lost a lot of weight 👀)

They just ate meat, vege and salt & pepper

I don’t think I can do that extreme but I wanna see how my body changes without sauces because I put so much sauces then I wake up middle of the night because of that reason and feel exhausted & feeling tired during the day.

Meal doesn’t have any sugar but I put salt, oil, and some soy sauce. It doesn’t taste as good as other meals but I think I feel better without sauces.

Anyways, im planning to do it until Sunday night. If anyone is keen, lets do it together lol

Meal prep

I can’t be bothered with meal prep but you have to if you have no time to cook and you don’t wanna eat shit lol

Bok choy, chives & spring onion - has been washed and chopped for sukiyaki or stir fried whatever during the week

Bean sprouts & spinach namul - slightly boiled, washed, the cooled and seasoned with sesame oil and salt

Cabbage and broccoli / stir fried and seasoned with sichuan oil, soy sauce, sugar and chilli (happens to be quite sweet so I don’t think I can finish this)

Cucumber salad (kimchi style) - fish sauce, salt, sugar and chilli powder (korean style)

Courgettes, onion and chilli - stir fried and seasoned with salt, sesame oil and perilla powder (actually better without perilla powder)

I don’t think I will post for a while coz that’s for me myself and I HAHAH. I sort of eat the same thing until they finish 😂

Iced strawberry matcha from lindt - mānawa bay

I was not planning to go mānawa bay but somehow happened to be there. The place is good (like nicely displaced chocolates) and they give one chocolate per visit :). One good thing about this place is you get chocolates in loose packs & have cafeteria section.

Their strawberry matcha is legit. It’s good. It’s not like they use supreme matcha but it’s worth the price. $12 for regular & $14 for large.

I think they give 20% voucher after completing the survey too. But you have to buy something first to get the QR code. I double checked with the staff member and they said it’s either you get 20% off from full price (after completing the survey) or promotion price.

People there are so friendly as well.
