Natural hair care feedback

Recently I tried this mix of powders for hair wash.

  1. Reetha
  2. Amla
  3. Shikakai
  4. Hibiscus
  5. Bhringraj

I oiled my hair and then washed it with this powder.
Hairfall was less but oil also stayed.
Gladly, I didn’t have to go anywhere so didn’t do a repeat wash.

Today, I used Vilvah Goat milk shampoo to wash the oil off..
Both hair and scalp feel clean and good.

I really liked this combo.

To share more - my hair is wavy, thin and dry. And if I don’t wash my hair whole week, it will be fine. But I usually wash them after 3-4 days gap. And oiling my hair with black sesame oil is must for me.

Suddenly feeling “no-fatigue tolerance”

I don’t know why, but even if I do low-intensity exercises, I feel incredible amount of fatigue that takes 48-72 hours to subside and lot of rest

Does anyone else feels this way?
