Only just got into Lorcana ~2 months ago. I liked the art and nostalgic feel so I picked it up for fun- not seriousness. Didn't realize how hard it was to find product in stores. So when I saw Best Buy had 3 sleeved boosters randomly on a shelf I grabbed them and pulled this.... I think I did pretty good? What a beautiful card!

I am currently at a stage where I need to tap into my home for financial assistance. But I'm unsure which out of a HELOC or a lump sum equity are my best options. I have been reading between the two the pros and cons and still stump on my best option
Summary:
I own my home. There's no mortgage. My mother transferred the home to me via quitclaim. My mother is currently in assistant living due to an accident a year ago that left her partially paralyzed. The monthly for the care home is a lot. - but she is slowly getting her walking back so I am confident she won't need to be there forever- I am estimating a 1.5-2 year plan to get her back

Are leadership roles being added/removed? Some stores in my county and surrounding have gotten rid of the presentation role and moved them to the GM role. And GM tls who aren't inbound tls have been staying in backroom and taking ownership of that.

Others comments about store culture need at least 25 people saying the same thing to even be read acknowledged? Like it's some type of "sign my petition"....
They are only going to focus on ticked boxes and end up saying "oh more recognition will solve their grievances" type bullshit.
