Best renewal provider?

We are due to renew within a couple of months. This will be our second online renewal. Which provider is the best to go through? Idemia, Clear or Telos? I don’t recall that many options when I renewed last time, so looking for opinions. TIA!

Sailing Alaska next week

Curious, since this is a mostly US sailing, are cigarettes available to purchase on the ship- duty free? Save your bad comments about smoking, it’s been said before, don’t need to hear it again. 🚫 If I could get my hubby to quit I would.

I just took my last dose of my 2.5 Kwikpen!! My next Kwikpen, 5.0, arrived yesterday! I signed up for WWMed+ on 4/1 and as of today lost 9 pounds. To be honest, I lost 3 pounds between signing up and taking my first shot on 4/9; still a pretty good month if you ask me.

47F, 5’6” - SW: 239.6, CW: 230.6, GW: 175?

I’ve been fortunate enough to not have any side effects. I had already been going to the gym 4 mornings a week, and bumped that up to 5 mornings a week when I started Zep. My trainer knows I’m taking Zep and is supporting in anyway she can.

I’m excited to see what happens on 5.0, but am nervous of side effects. But trying to not stress about it since I already know what to do to combat side effects. So what’s the point of this post?? Well first to share with a community that has helped me so much over the past 30 days. Second, if your share your most helpful “increased dosage” tips, I’d greatly appreciate.

Hello friends, I have one more shot left in my first Kwikpen, I am curious how y'all dispose of your KwikPen?? I know to put the needles in the sharps container and have been doing that, but just curious if y'all are just throwing the pen itself into the trash or what? Thank you for sharing your wisdom!!

Tonight I had to do a secret shop at one of my favorite fast food joints. (Being vague on purpose here) But I figured I’d just have a cheeseburger, and my husband would eat the rest. Knowing we were doing this, the anxiety of eating something “bad” was crazy!! I was stressing that I was breaking my new “healthy” protocol on week 3; but I’ve been telling myself everything in moderation. But one of my wins for the day was I couldn’t even finish my whole cheeseburger! And I didn’t crave the fries. I did try 1 and it tasted gross to me. The other win was this morning in the office, someone brought donuts in. I managed to avoid them. (I did bring one home to my hubby and took a bite, butt hat was it)

These mindshifts have been such a trip to experience!! I’m so happy that I started this path and look forward to continuing to learn a new, healthier way of eating/viewing food.
