Hi, I’m 27 and looking to complete APM PMQ to further my career as it seems to be the basic requirement to have to even get junior roles in PM. I can’t afford classes, so I was just thinking of buying the books and studying myself - is this a realistic and achievable thing to do? Any tips/advice would be highly appreciated!

I have tried Nars Longwear Matte - wasn't blown away, Benefit Porefessional - the shades are crap and finally Dior Forever Skin - this is SO good, however the second ingredient is alcohol and I think it's causing break out for me.

We’ll have a rental car for the whole trip and are staying in:
• San Teodoro (3 nights)
• Orosei (3 nights)
• Villasimius (3 nights)
Current plans include Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, La Cinta, Porto Giunco, Cala Sinzias, Cala Pira and a full-day boat trip in the Gulf of Orosei.
We’re taking the SS125 coastal route between Orosei and Villasimius and plan to stop at Rocce Rosse in Arbatax and Cea Beach along the way.
Are there any hidden gems, must-see beaches, viewpoints, villages, restaurants, agriturismos or experiences that you’d recommend in these areas?

Hi, we are going to be staying in San Teodoro for 3 nights at the end of June - any recommendations for cafes, restaurants, markets please?
I have been suffering with HH all my life - my hands and feet specifically. I have tried aluminium creams which didn’t work. My GP has prescribed Pro-Banthine 15mg, a few weeks ago to take 3 times a day, and hour before food or 2 hours after which I am already finding quite difficult, but also it doesn’t actually work super well? Do I ask for a higher dose, are there other options I can ask for? Please help 🥲
