Reassurance: Is it normal for your symptoms to change every cycle?
I’m 30 and this year I feel like there is something new symptom wise every cycle. I used to be the same every month; mood swings and no cramps. This week, my right breast feels so heavy and strained (no other alarming signs) and it’s never felt this why before. I’m really nervous and don’t know what is happening. But more so that Tuesday I felt fine and then Wednesday it started. What is happening? Should I get an ultrasound?
