Will I be able to use this cluster from a 2013 on a 2010 FX2 model ?

Can I replace this passenger side mirror with the replacements sold on Amazon ? And if so, is it still going to have all its functions like moving and heat option ? It was hit by another vehicle and I found it hanging.

I’m having an issue with my speedometer and my shifter which is that the lights do not turn on. Can someone help me out with this problem? Is it common ?
