40kg Weighted Dip at 105kg bodyweight. Aiming for 50kg.
Managed to do 40kg Weighted Dip for 2 reps.
That's my PR at the moment.
Great session all in all.

Today was a Ring-focused full body workout.
It felt good to use Rings again. I want to get the Ring Muscle Up. Really enjoyed this session. Rings are awesome
Managed to do:
7 Ring Pull Ups
10 Elevated Ring Push Ups
10 Ring Inverted Rows
10 V -Ups
15 second Hollow Body Hold
35 second Ring Support Hold.
37 year old male. Haven't trained my Kicks in a while. Boxing is my dominant fighting style but I've always had a passion for the Kicking arts like Karate, Muay Thai, Savate and Taekwondo. Round kicks still feel very rusty but the session overall was good. Lots of conditioning.
Any tips or cues to improve the Round kick would be appreciated

Started with 4 reps. Gradually built my Reps over time. Now I'm managing 10 reps for consistent sets at bodyweight of 105kg.
Now it's about perfecting the form.
Excuse the poor camera angle. I did it. 40kg for 3 reps is not far away.
I posted this a week ago. This one seems better. I reduced the elevation and focused on keeping that Pike throughout. Managed to do 7 reps
Managed to do a 40kg Dip today for 2 reps. I could've done one more but it would've been ugly and I don't want to risk injury through bad form.
It's like the lighter I get the heavier I lift. I couldn't do this 4 months ago when I was 112kg.
I'm quite happy. The goal is 60kg for 2-3 reps in the next few months.
As a Heavyweight this is quite an achievement. The aim is 40kg for 3 reps
