Has anybody tried ribs on their Blackstone? If so, what did you do?

Ok, so had a party, scraped down the griddle but didn’t clean it. I prefer hanging with my guests and drinking bourbon to doing this task. How do I clean the griddle the next day?

Just finished building my first griddle. Looking forward to getting a few layers of patina on it and getting that first recipe behind me.
