This is so traumatic. I feel so awful for Tana and Isabella. Genuinely don’t know how I would get past this.

The actual Wizard Liz custody situation: It was not settled out of court. They share custody, she owes him money, and she has to pay for all of his travel to and from Dubai, along with all other associated costs

So Liz and Landon didn’t just privately settle custody, it was all done in court. They share legal custody, but there’s an actual court ordered schedule. Liz has the baby in Dubai for three months, then they switch to six weeks with her and six weeks with Landon in the US. The child’s primary residence is still ordered to be in Dallas County, and Landon keeps possession of the passport.

Liz was also ordered to reimburse Landon $14,300 for half of the baby’s expenses from May through August. On top of that, she has to cover the travel costs for the custody exchanges, including Landon’s flights, the baby’s flights, baggage, airport fees, transportation, etc. So Landon is paying for absolutely nothing, still gets to see his son, and is the court mandated holder of the baby’s passport

Question about the Wizard Liz visa situation

I keep seeing her fans say that Landon “sabotaged” her visa process, and no, I’m not defending him. But wasn’t she in the U.S. on a fiancé/marriage-based visa? She knew that her immigration status was contingent on, you know, actually legally marrying him, not solely having a Muslim ceremonial marriage that wasn’t legally recognized. So why wouldn’t she have pursued a different visa if she had no intention of legally marrying him? How exactly did he “sabotage” her visa process? I’m not saying he isn’t a POS, but something about that story isn’t adding up.

Also, apparently she claims they settled custody out of court, but there are court proceedings showing that custody was handled through the court and involved a judge? So I’m confused about that claim too.

Darlington Park/lake declining in quality

This was my first time coming back since last summer, and honestly it feels like it’s gone downhill. The prices have gone up, but the quality definitely hasn’t. The bathrooms were dirty, there was animal poop EVERYWHERE, and you have to practically hop around the grass just to avoid stepping in it. It’s even smeared all over the walkways. A lot of the benches are dirty, rotting, or broken too.

I’m not sure if the water is dirtier or just less clear now, but it looks like they added way more blue dye than before. It’s very obviously dyed blue. It looks cloudy and artificial, not even like normal pool water. I don’t mind people playing music, but people in the grass and barbecue areas were absolutely blasting it. It felt like everyone was competing to see who could be the loudest. Sometimes the announcements were barely audible because the music was so loud. I left with the worst headache.

The only real positive was the police presence and the lifeguards. The police were visible throughout the park, and the lifeguards were attentive and clearly took their jobs seriously. The food and ice cream trucks were good as well. But, I just can’t recommend people to there. It’s not worth the money anymore imo.

I feel like we’re giving them too much attention

I’m usually a regular snarker here and have been for a while, but does anyone else feel like things have started to go a little off the rails lately?

It became more apparent to me with the apartment layout post. I understand wanting to call out inconsistencies or prove they’re lying, but posting the layout and photos of what could be their apartment just feels a bit too far. I know Tonya has doxxed people and has even exposed their address before, but I don’t think that means we should lower ourselves to the same behavior. If we criticize that kind of conduct, we should hold ourselves to the same standard.

I also think we’ve reached a point where every tiny thing they do gets posted here, even when it’s obviously rage bait. I feel like it’s turning into free engagement for them. Every post, screenshot, and discussion keeps them and ultimately gives them more attention than they probably would have gotten otherwise.

In my opinion, there’s plenty to criticize when they actually do something worth discussing. We don’t need to analyze every minor detail or start digging into where they live. It just makes the sub look obsessive, and I don’t think that’s what most people originally came here for.
