Which part of the neighborhoods in St. Paul are where most Hmong congregate?

What areas were/are traditionally a Hmong hot spot? And areas to avoid going through due to gang violence and/or violence in general?

I'm talking about restaurants, parks, shopping centers, funeral homes, farmers market, apartments/project homes, streets, schools, etc.

Recal message in 6 days but calibration date is 2 weeks away?

I called customer service and they're basically saying that now Intoxalock is required to send out recal messages 20ish days prior to calibration date? Idk, I didn't really understand the explanation unfortunately.

I was told I wouldn't be in trouble and that I won't get into a lockout. That I should be able to get my vehicle calibrated in a week or so normally. This is in Wisconsin btw.

My issue with this is, why would the recal message say 6 days instead of X amount of days from the calibration day? And it's such a waste of time and resource because that recal message delays us from starting our vehicle.

Anybody going through this too or is it something new?

Removing handheld device in Wisconsin

Do we need any reasons at all to be allowed to remove our device inside?

I'm gonna be on vacation for two days and won't be near my vehicle. I do not want it to drain my battery nor my device to overheat.

Am I allowed to remove my device and place it inside in the state of Wisconsin? Are these reasonable reasons? Should I report it under maintenance on the app?

Thank you all!

How to keep device cool in the summer in Wisconsin?

For the past week or so, my device has been making me blow into it more than once to get it to start. I didn't think much because it's been a cooler spring here in WI. Suddenly today it's a lot hotter and after 4-5 tries, it wasn't working.

I was able to get my car towed (they say they will reimburse) and got a new device. Moving forward, how should I keep my device cool or away from the sun/heat?

Also to note, both the caller and person who checked on my device weren't sure if it was because of the heat or not. But my car battery is fine and I literally drove the night before from work. The person who replaced my device did said it was hot when he felt the device though.

Thank you!
