Long travel day tips

Hi! I am travelling in August from Canada to Mexico Cabo, first international flight since my diagnosis. I have two flights with a 4 hour layover in Mexico City. We are traveling with Aeromexico, I’m not too sure about their gluten free accommodation but either way since I’m also corn and dairy intolerant I rather not take any chance with the catering options. I’m planning on bringing a lunchbox with snacks. Would you guys have any suggestions of things to bring on the flight? Maybe something a bit more substantial than a granola bar :) Thank you for your help!

Traveling with 15 medication plus

Hi I will be traveling to Mexico from Canada, first international flight since 2023 which was a simpler time with my illness. I basically have 13 daily prescriptions with 4-5 extra one to use if needed (like Zofran, dayvigo and dicyclomine). There’s not much information online about traveling with a ton of medication, I have one that is a liquid that need to stay refrigerated too. The only thing I know is that I should bring my list of medications given by the pharmacy and keeping the medication in their original bottle. Is there anything else? Should I put them somewhere specific? Thank you!!

Jet skiing

Hi! My partner and I are looking to rent a jet ski, probably both of us on the same one. I’m not set on a tour specifically but it would be nice to be guided a bit in where to go. Is there any specific company that are recommended? We will stay in August close to medano beach :) Budget between 50 to 100$ ideally
