Almost want to report rental listing's to the police

Obviously I won't and wouldn't waste police's time. But I do think it's getting to the point where someone needs to be held accountable. I was looking at 1 bed flats or studios... Uxbridge zone 6 so not central at all.

£1600 a month (no bills inc) for 1 bed flat?!

It has a "balcony" but it's a Juliette one so not really. No bath just a shower. And the property has already been reduced in price!

Is there anything we can do regarding ads like this, can they be reported? I've already emailed the agency with:

"I think there's a typo on the attached listing, as it states rent is £1600, could you let me know the corrected rent amount?".

Ugh makes me honestly cry. I'm 33 and I just want my own space but looks like I'll be in house shares for the foreseeable future

Southall And Soul Experience

Is anyone able to share their experiences of staying at And Soul?

I am aware that it isn't perfect but I think it would suit my lifestyle as a minimalist - everything I own could fit in a car, and small rooms don't bother me. I like the idea of the community aspect but as an introvert I know I would need my own privacy too. I'm concerned it comes across as cult-like, that's just my gut feeling. Also worried about being taken advantage of financially. I've had it happen enough times in the renting sector already.

I really want it to work out for me if I move there, but obviously I've heard a few negative reviews so want to reach out to others who live there now or use to live there, so I can make an informed decision. Any info would be greatly appreciated, it was also help me ask And Soul the right questions.

Need your help with choosing Stage 3 modules (MST326 - MST327 - M337 - SM380 - SM381 - S384 - S385)

Firstly huge good luck and congrats to anyone receiving their results! Just awaiting results for MST210 and picking my modules for stage 3. I wanted to know if the following modules have any project work (or independent research work), if the TMA's count towards your final module score (i previously did a module where they didn't) and how equally spread out the TMA's are throughout the year.

- MST326 Mathematical methods and fluid mechanics

- MST327 Deterministic and stochastic dynamics

- M337 Complex analysis

- SM380 Quantum physics: fundamentals and applications

- SM381 Electromagnetism

- S384 Astrophysics of stars and exoplanets

- S385 Cosmology and the distant Universe

I really appreciate any insight, I go completely ott when picking my modules (have a spreadsheet and everything!) My full time job sometimes makes it tough to study at times so want to make sure I am prepared. There's nothing worse than picking a module and finding out you have TMA's literally one after the other - totally understand this is subject to change anyway but any info would be much appreciated ❤️
