so im on celexa and the worst part is that everytime i go up a dose, i feel great, and then months later i go to absolute zero. like why does it work for a little bit and stop? now im depressed again maybe even more than ever and i cant cum💔

im so scared because my mom caught me when i first sh, and i told her i would stop, but months later i keep relapsing and successfully hiding it. the problem is that i need to stop and let them fully heal or people will know (i did coverup one saying it was from my dog) but now i relapsed and i cant blame those on my dog, i even wore socks and told my friend its just because it feels good in the pool? idk she kept telling me to take them off LMAO
