Naps and sleep debt

So why is it that whoop doesn't take daytime naps into account for sleep debt? Technically its like catching up on the lost hours of sleep from the night during the day right? Is the only way to combat 'sleep debt' sleeping in on weekends?

Has HYROX become the main focus at most BFT studios?

Question for members across different BFT studios - is the current focus on HYROX something that's happening across the network, or is it more studio-specific?

At my studio, there seems to be a huge emphasis on HYROX. Members who are training for or have competed in HYROX get a lot of attention, recognition, and coaching support, which is great for them.

However, I've noticed that strength-focused sessions seem to receive much less coaching and guidance. During cardio and HIIT sessions, the trainers are highly engaged and energetic, but during strength sessions there is often limited technique correction, progression advice, or individual coaching.

I'm not anti-HYROX at all - I understand it's a big part of the fitness industry right now. I'm just curious whether this is a universal BFT trend or if it's more specific to certain studios and coaching teams.

Genuinely interested to hear whether my experience is common or unique to my studio.

Thanks :)

Advanced Labs and Healthspan

I'm currently on the Whoop Peak. I just updated my Advanced labs bio markers using my health report. Will this contribute to my Healthspan pace of aging? Also, if I upgrade to Whoop MG, will the ECG and Blood Pressure insights contribute to the Healthspan? Thanks
