quarter life crisis and career dilemma

So, whenever I hang out with my friends after coaching, we talk about life like some ancient philosopher. Everyone talks about their hobbies, problems and most importantly, their career plan. Someone is going for nursing, some for accounting, and some of them just wanna get married. Then, when it's my turn, I just go: I don't have any career plan. I see the confusion in their faces. But what can I do? That's a fact. I really don't have any. I thought your parents guide you thorough these phrases of life. But I believe my parents didn't receive that update. They just don't care. Looking back, I feel so goofy,.. I told my dad I wanna be a Chef. He said, "Cool. Poralekha kemon jacche?" and that changed multiple times. From chef to photographer to singer even footballer ( im so delulu🥀). But his reply doesn't change. Same with my mom. Umm, what? Nobody wants me to be something or someone ? As if im an abandoned project. Let me be clear, my relationship with my parents is great. But their lack of interest in my career/life is what's bothering me. Now I gotta figure it out by myself? Anyone going through the same situation? Any advice for me?

so this cousin of mine who is like a brother to me is acting weird. I don't know how to say this, but there's definitely something wrong with him. he got a bad record. but things were getting better until it didn't .sometimes he get angry and irritated(throwing things here and there) and then after 2-3 hours he apologize for it. He also goes out at somewhere at midnight. comes back after 2-3 hours. these days, he barely talks. his relationship with his parents is quite bad. and the whole distance family knows him as a spoiled kid (19m). now the thing is, i see him like my big brother. and he is a very good brother . we were raised together. seeing him like this is just sad. I think he’s going through some mental health issues. and i don't know how to help.

any advice on this would be very helpful. Thanks for your time.

So, someone in my family owns this lc suv . As far as I know, none of them are government officials or have ties to the government. However, whenever he or his son drive that car, they use vip horn+ warning light. huh?? I thought only government officials could use it. Am I missing something here? enlighten me please.
