Reimagine mahogany armoire

So I bought this for $20 on FBM. It's big and solid mahogany and heavy. I found an inspection stamp Dec 21 1912. No other markings. The crotch mahogany veneer at the top of the pillers is about 3/16" thick.

I would love to get the doors apart to reglue the panels but I'm not sure that's a good idea.

It's missing 9 various sized drawers and the center door inside at the top is broken off and missing. I'm not sure I want to build that many drawers so I need to reimagine the piece. No I won't paint it but I need inspiration.

One possibility is a liquor cabinet with some pull out shelves and a few fixed shelves for glass ware. Maybe add led light strips to illuminate the inside.

What other uses can I repurpose this as?

I bought 2 of the boneless gold foil hams for Easter. I only reheated 1. The foil exterior was sticky from burst glaze bags so I tossed that.

The second ham is still vacuum sealed in my fridge. I forgot to write when the use by date was. Anyone have one in their fridge or freezer bought around Easter? How much longer will it be good?
