How to get glass skin with aklief?

Looking for recommendations on a good routine. I use La Roche posay products- the blue toleriane facial cleanser morning and night, toleriane moisturizer with spf 30 in the morning, and regular toleriane moisturizer at night. I’ve been using aklief about every day or two. I also am on 100mg spiro. Anything I need to be adding? I feel like my skin texture is still off

Does anybody here use the retinol aklief? Would love to hear your thoughts or stories if you’ve used it!

Anybody have any success stories or thoughts on this retinol? Just started back up on using it after taking a break for a couple of months. My first time around I didn’t use it long enough to see results. I use it on my face and back.

When did you see results?

When did you all start seeing improvements when taking spiro? I started 50mg at end of February and switched to 100mg at end of April and I feel like I’m not seeing the results I want. Derm has me using aklief too, a newer retinal that can be used on face, chest, and back. Why is it so hard to get glass skin? Ugh

Really needing advice.. folliculitis?

Help! I have this odd breakout (pictured) about once a year, sometimes more, and this last period it has been a couple years since I’d had a flare up. It always starts on my chest, moves up to my neck, and eventually my face and normally takes a few weeks to resolve. I’ve shown my primary and Derm and they believe it’s just acne that will clear up, but I never breakout to this extreme. I will literally have like 30 white heads pop up on my chest/neck/face throughout the day and night when this 3 weekish saga is occurring. I just got done with a months worth of 100mg doxycline, is that a trigger? Im really looking for answers, hoping for some opinions. I’m starting to think it looks like folliculitis, and if so, I know nothing about how to prevent or help it or anything about it at all! Help! Thanks for any advice!
