This is the wear on my Tracker soles after 6 months (3 months constant wear). Is it time to get them re-soled already? The heel and pads have the same wear as my non-barefoot boots after 2 years! 😬

There’s nothing to screw it back into. The cavity is ~75mm and the screw is 50mm. I even tried some super strength glue but it didn’t bind.
I also tried removing the other wheel to see how it fits together, but the screw just spins in place.
Grateful for any help. It’s only 3 years old. 🙏
