For the past couple days or so, the app's been telling me I have 1 new notification in my inbox but there's nothing there when I look. I've tried refreshing notifications and restarting the app but that doesn't fix it.

EDIT: FIXED IT thanks to ManifestedWithin! Try scrolling to the very bottom of the notifications, then back to the top, and refresh the notifications/tap the "Notification" word at the top. You may have to repeat some of this a couple times or mix the order up.

I'll get offers on items that I currently have at my lowest listed price. Normally I decline these offers, but recently I've started counter-offering with a 5% discount (so like $19 on a $20 item, $48 on a $50 item). Would you guys consider that type offer to be insulting/passive-aggressive or do you think it's better to decline?

I live in the US and got an offer from somebody who lives in Spain. I use ebay international shipping but when I look at the offer, it shows the buyer's address in Spain under "Ship to" instead of ebay's international hub. If I accept the offer, will it still go through ebay international shipping or will I have to send it directly to the buyer?

Buyer submitted an INR after the package was marked delivered on tracking. When I select "Update tracking details for the buyer", it asks me to scan the barcode for the tracking label, which I do, but then the "Save and continue" button gets greyed out and I can't submit the tracking number. Manually entering the tracking number doesn't work either.

My only other options are to refund the buyer or send them a message. Will sending them a message still close the INR in my favor?

I have something that needs to be shipped in a mailer tube. UPS normally charges an extra $11~14 for cylindrical packages. However, when I go to enter the dimensions of the tube on mercari, there's no option to select "tube" or "irregular package" so the shipping price is way lower than it should be. I'd like to use this option if it means cheaper shipping but will mercari hit me with a shipping adjustment for this later?

Like can you lose Top-rated seller if your overall feedback falls below a certain %?

Ever since mercari implemented the "Sort by Recommended" feature 3 months ago on desktop, seller store pages default to this sort method every time you visit them and you have to keep switching it back to "Sort by Newest" - Even worse is the fact that when you click the "Sort by" button, it doesn't always show that it's on "Recommended" and will show that you already have it set to "Newest" so people may not even realize they're missing out on seeing new listings.

I can't imagine how much listing visibility and sales this is costing sellers... Really frustrating and getting mercari aware of this so they can fix it feels impossible.

Like, being able to add multiple items in your cart and then sending an offer for everything together. This feature feels like a no-brainer, and I don't know why ebay doesn't have it. Mercari has this system and it really encourages bulk sales because buyers can pay combined shipping and they don't have to message the seller back and forth about working out a deal.
