So recently I started playing Pokemon platinum, and I pre chose my team before playing, but two of the Pokemon I chose (Misdreavus and Murkrow) aren't in platinum, so can I use a copy of soul silver on DS to trade them over or even use a cheat?

So recently I started playing Pokemon platinum for the first time using the emulator, I pre chose my team online but without realizing it, two of the ones I chose(murkrow and Misdreavus) weren't in platinum, so can you trade Pokemon from a physical copy of a game like soul silver into my save on the rom or even use a cheat to put them in my save?
