Best luxury building in New Ro?
Looking to rent in the area. I’ve heard mixed reviews from new luxury buildings but i am looking for one that’s quiet, cool amenities, and responsive/pro-active management. I’m not solely relying on metro north for transportation but it would be nice to be nearby.

How is it living in Skyview (Riverdale)
It has amazing amenities and apartments don’t seem that expensive. I feel like there’s a catch lol
