Hello People,

I have been working as integrated marketing specialist specialized in Performance Marketing for E commerce for past 4 years…I have been working in UAE for past 6 years and now planning to make a move back to the base because of the uncertainty and regional tensions…I have worked with Amex Bengaluru for few months in 2019 before I shifted back to UAE…I am not sure about the pay structure or how much I should be expecting while looking out for Job in India because I find India more streamlined and efficient in terms of work and culture more than UAE and possibility of me landing in a MNC is higher in India than in UAE

So if any one could guide me and share your thoughts on what pay scale i should be targeting or expecting and the current job market scenario in India
