Meds received 5 days after refill request but...

I've been with Pomegranate Health since November, 2025. Followed all the love & hate posts throughout, so I figured I would share my most recent refill experience with the new portal & a new to me pharmacy, Empower. I am in an asynchronous state so requested a refill on Sunday, invoiced on Wednesday and received meds Friday morning. I had high hopes for the new portal as it is much more user friendly however, the only reason I knew that my meds had shipped and exactly when it would be here is because I am signed up on the UPS app and get notifications. My portal still has the order, shipping and delivering as processing and I didn't receive any correspondence from Empower. I am very happy with the quick process but my take is that there still needs to be some kinks worked out with the communication between Pomegranate, the pharmacy and the patient. However, my prior orders with BPI & OptioRX I did get notifications from those pharmacies that my meds had shipped. But my advice still is to sign up for notifications from UPS and FedEx on their apps so you will know for sure when your meds is on the way!

Side note: Empower meds shipped UPS Next Day Air in a styrofoam cooler with 3 still very cold ice packs🧊

Hi. So this jade bonsai was a gift from my husband about 8 years ago and has been on a windowsill, in the same small pot, never pruned, and given a splash of water here and there. I recently became a widow and found myself really enjoying gardening (my husband was the gardener of the family) so decided to start researching jade bonsais and joined this group! I loved seeing all the posts of people being brave and snipping back their beloved jades so I decided to take the plunge. A couple weeks after cutting it back I decided to repot it since it obviously was in a tiny root bound pot. I didnt realize that I wasnt supposed to do those 2 things back to back so really hoping it will be ok however, it has dropped about 6 leaves since taking it out of it's original pot. Also I feel like I did a pretty crappy job at knowing where to make the cuts although it does have lots of new growth so I'm trying to remain hopeful! Should I let it go for awhile in the new pot and then cut more? Thanks for any and all insight and advice.

I see everyone saying that the reason for the need to disallow pharmacies from compounding tirzepatide is because it takes away money/power from Eli Lilly and I know technically they have the rights to the drug since they developed it. I do get all of that but seriously is $65 billion a year not enough for them??? Just doesn't seem like they should care about is poor/middle class people!! 😂

Also is it true that 503a pharmacies aren't touchable by the FDA as far as telling them to stop compounding tirzepatide? Just trying to wrap my head around it all as I havent felt this amazing or been so healthy in 30 years!!
