So I had a platinum semi mount made for a lab diamond I have. A local jeweler mounted it. This doesn’t look right… which is done incorrectly?

I had a platinum setting made from an overseas vendor to set my diamond in and here is how the local jeweler set it. Who is in the wrong here because it doesn’t look right…
