Seriously, could L (composite) really change the world?

Seriously, could L (composite) really change the world?

In other words, how much could L change the world?

Imagine L appears in our world. No one knows anything about him. (Let's suppose Death Note never existed, or the plot is completely different, eliminating L and everything related to him and introducing a completely different character, That doesn't matter).

Let's suppose he arrives with no influence, aiming to change the world, save as many lives as possible, and ensure the greatest benefit for society.

How would he change the world? We know he's very knowledgeable about advanced economics and the stock market, so he could easily build influence. Now, let's suppose he has several objectives:

- Guarantee education, healthcare, housing, and basic resources for as many people as possible.

- Stop as many armed conflicts as possible (the most difficult).

- Support sustainable energy and the environment.

- Support healthcare development.

- Support general technological innovation.

- Lift as many people as possible out of poverty.

- Guarantee economic growth and decent working conditions.

- Support the end of inequality and misinformation.

- Stop anyone who opposes these objectives. So, I ask: Could he significantly change and improve the quality of life worldwide? Or would he end up dismembered, in a plastic bag abandoned on some Caribbean island? To what extent could he achieve change?

Mods that improve NPCs?

I'd love a mod that improves the existing NPCs.

I want more complex, human characters who fight and become enemies with each other, with more intense dramas, irreversible decisions, dilemmas, and all that.

You get the picture. The harder and darker, the better (although I could settle for something a little cozier). Is there a mod like that?

Could the random characters in my gallery catch Light and prove that he is Kira?

Rules:

They have basic knowledge of the rules of the Death Note (they know that Kira needs a face and name to kill).

They know that Kira is in Tokyo.

They will work as a group at all times.

The characters are: Lionel Messi, a random guy from Gravity Falls whose name I don't remember, Tennma (Monster), Emily (Stardew Valley), Mordecai, Rigby, Muscleman, Pops and Ghost (Regular Show), Shinji (Evangelion), Augusto Pinochet, a random dog, Ben Horne (Twin Peaks), Atticus Finch (To Kill a Mockingbird), James T. Kirk (Star Trek), Aegislash (Pokémon), Chris Hansen, James Underland (Silent Hill) & a random guy.

What do you think the situation will be like?

Which popular character in SCD (Smart character debates) could understand and apply an SCD (Slowly Changing Dimension) while suffering from SCD (Sickle cell disease) and being sued by SCD (Sociedad Chilena De Autores e Intérpretes Musicales) simultaneously?

Actually, this is happening to me right now. I'm not kidding, I need legal, medical, and data management advice. Any tips?

The complete tier list of SCD according to Grok + Extra

I also asked him what other characters he could think of that might compete with these. And he replied:

S+: Tywin Lannister, Petyr Baelish, Tom Ripley, George Smiley

S: Edmond Dantès, Amy Dunne, Stringer Bell, Thomas Shelby

A: Don Draper, Francis Urquhart, The Jackal, Keyser Söze, Omar Little

He also mentioned real people who could be considered worthy opponents for the characters on the tier list.

S: John von Neumann, Robert Moses

A: Niccolò Machiavelli, Sun Tzu, Pablo Escobar

A/B: Thomas Cromwell, Henry Kissinger

B: Frank Abagnale, Kevin Mitnick, George Soros, John Douglas (when talking about the latter, Grok, for some reason, referenced Clarice Starling).

Why did everyone want to expel this guy?

I mean, I only saw three episodes of COTE about a year ago, and the guy seemed nice. I don't see why anyone would dislike him or why he'd get into conflicts with anyone.

And I see everyone talking about how difficult it is to expel him, which implies that they have already tried many times.

I only see Kikyō because of the breast thing, Horikita's brother for defending that girl, and Takuya because of the White Room stuff. Aside from that, I don't think that guy wants to get into trouble or anything weird. It's not in his best interest.

So, summarize for me: why does everyone hate Koji in the series? What terrible thing did he do?

Personally, I don't think I'd even notice him if I ran into him. Maybe I'd say hi once, or we'd have a brief school project. If I somehow found out about the White Room, I'd feel sorry for him and scared. I wouldn't get into any conflicts with him at all, and I'd just go on with my life.

If I hated him with all my soul, I wouldn't even dream of speaking to him, and if I had to get rid of him, I'd do a Walter White and put lily of the valley or fruit-derived cyanide in his food. He might be very strong or intelligent, but I doubt any human being could survive poisoning.

Everyone talks about Luther Roy, but what about Kennetx Ram?

Yes, I know he has some "anti-feats" and that many say he's carried by the narrative. But that doesn't change the fact that he rivaled Luther Roy and surpassed him many times.

His Advercity Capacity and EE are definitely superior to all the other characters in SCD: It's a unrrealistic feat that after the horrible things Luther Roy did to him, he's still standing, smiling, seeking justice, and maintaining unwavering morals.

Let's not forget his "3,753 monitor CPI feat," his "Memory Return Plan," or "the Nostalgia Letter strategy." They aren't as impressive as his counterpart's, but they're still excellent and, in my opinion, have better coverage.

I genuinely hope the author continues the story and gives it a better conclusion than his "Fent Yagami" project.

Currently, their full-scale distribution against Luther Roy are:

What do you think of the Sky Wars in Doctor Who EU? Has anyone scaled it? At first glance, it looks like the most complicated case in SCD.

First of all, I haven't read it. I want to read/listen to it and I would love to do so in the near future. I don't think I'd be able to write a report or analysis of it because I doubt I have the necessary patience.

From what I understand, the War in Heaven is an arc that spans multiple Doctor Who novels and audio dramas. The War in Heaven was a conflict in Doctor Who lore of extreme complexity and brutality (almost on par with the Time War). A conflict so brutal that it nearly led to the complete extinction of the Time Lords.

The Time Lords faced something called "the enemy." It's not known exactly what "the enemy" is, and even the Doctor himself couldn't fully grasp it.

The enemy isn't a physical being or energy. It's more like a constantly changing process or concept.

I don't even know how to begin to explain (explain something I only superficially understand). The enemy has no physical form whatsoever. It defies logic: it's described as something that both exists and doesn't exist at the same time. The enemy has immense power over reality itself.

The enemy commands an army of anarchists and representatives. A single Anarchist can seamlessly reset and rewrite an entire reality, rewriting any detail of history. They lack physical, spiritual, and mental bodies. A single representative can destroy timelines and living beings on a completely narrative level.

The enemy was able to summon multiple corrupted versions of the Doctor and the Time Lords with the same ability.

The enemy can erase and alter any victory, no matter how small. They also attack every second of the past, present, and future. They can attack, for example, any SCD character and transform each of their "feats" into "antifeats," causing their famous plans to fail spectacularly, or even attack them before their very birth.

The enemy is incapable of discerning between reality and fiction. The enemy views existence as a novel. In fact, in the Doctor Who canon, the enemy transformed Sherlock Holmes into a series of forgotten novels, lost to history. The enemy could easily turn any SCD character into a manga, TV, anime, novel, untranslated Chinese novel character, or simply an author's fleeting dream.

The only way to "defeat" the enemy is by fulfilling the prophecy of Gallyfrei's destruction. The enemy itself exists to fulfill this prophecy. If the SCD character is capable not only of deducing the required prophecy but also of fulfilling it step by step, the enemy would have no reason to attack. But if they fail to do so in time, the characters would be completely vulnerable and would have to face something beyond existence.

I may be wrong about many things, but that's what I know, and I ask for corrections if I'm wrong. And I highly doubt Chen Ran can overcome this.

What do you think, anyone who knows more about this? And for those who know less than me, which characters do you think could stop the war in Heaven?

[Conspiracy theory] This subreddit is used by Chinese authors to publicize their stories and, perhaps, is controlled by the Chinese government to spread propaganda and feign artistic and intellectual superiority over the US and JP.

Listen to me for a moment, it makes sense.

First of all, who reads web novels? The web novel community is very small compared to the anime/manga/TV show community, but that doesn't really prove anything. Any "weeb" with enough time online can easily discover popular web novels. Their appearance in the SCD community isn't surprising.

Web novels are primarily Asian: China, Japan, and Korea are the countries with the highest supply and demand for these products. The most prominent ones receive English translations to be more accessible to the Western niche.

Now, why are Chinese novels more popular in SCD than Japanese and Korean ones?

To understand that, we have to look at the first Chinese high-tier SCD: Fang Yuan.

Fang Yuan is a character from the novel "Reverend Insanity," which began in 2012. Looking at Google Trends search volume, we see that since July 2024, searches for "Reverend Insanity" have increased by 264%, and searches for "Fang Yuan" by 267%. Coincidentally, around the same time, the character began to gain popularity in the SCD community. At first glance, this seems perfectly normal; one might assume that Fang Yuan's appearance boosted searches for Asian characters, but that's not the case, at least not for works like "The Eighteen Levels Of Hell:Lying is Forbidden Here:" or "Being A Talent In Chusheng Demon Sect".

Let's remember one thing: a translation of "Reverend Insanity" has been in the works since 2019 and has been known in non-SCD communities since then. Furthermore, much is known about the publication of the work. On the other hand, "The Eighteen Levels of Hell: Lying is Forbidden Here" (I'll use "The Eighteen Levels of Hell: Lying is Forbidden Here" as an example) is completely unknown outside of SCD. I've found very little information about the publication date or the author, and even the AI couldn't help me (curiously, it referred to SCD as "smart character deduction" instead of "debate"). The oldest information I could find is from November 2025. Very strange. Furthermore, "The Eighteen Levels of Hell: Lying is Forbidden Here" has no translation. I don't know its reception in Asia, but I doubt it's very popular. It's highly unlikely that an underground Chinese novel without any translation would suddenly appear in a medium-sized Western community and become relevant. Most people wouldn't bother reading something they're completely unfamiliar with. The origins of the novel's appearance are also confusing. In other posts, I've found people saying it was introduced by a specific YouTube channel, and others citing a completely different one. When searching for those channels, I not only found no trace of them, but also, at best, three videos where Chen Chan (the protagonist of "The Eighteen Levels of Hell: Lying is Forbidden Here") is mentioned. The rest of the posts are random SCD videos and songs with nothing to do with it, same in tiktok. We can conclude that this novel is primarily known on Reddit.

Now let's talk about the fandom. Some fans of Chinese dramas seem to act unusually and in a caricatured way. They tend to defend Chinese novels as if they were their very souls, explaining why they are masterpieces and even acting in a hostile manner. This isn't strange in itself; just look at other, much more popular fandoms, and they often behave this way. But what's strange is that I've seen people who are fans of Chinese web novels being very hostile towards anime, manga, or TV shows. I couldn't find the post, but the other day I saw someone saying that all anime, manga, and TV shows are poorly written garbage for goons and that they only read Chinese novels (yes, they said the same thing about things like "Usogi," "Monster," "Hannibal," and similar works). And then there was someone else calling everyone hypocrites for criticizing the writing of "The Eighteen Levels of Hell: Lying is Forbidden Here" while simultaneously enjoying "Liar Game," "Death Note," "Classroom of the Elite," "The Mentalist," and so on. I haven't seen this level of caricature and childishness even in Top Order (No offense to Top Order, he's my wife).

Also, it's curious that Chinese characters are arriving right now. Characters like Fang Yuan or Klen have been popular since 2024; if their fans had read more, we'd definitely have a wider selection of Asian characters, but no, Chan Chen.

In retrospect, a little-known Asian work, written in Chinese, untranslated, with no influence in any other community, with unclear publication dates and authors, and with little traceability, appeared out of nowhere in a community, and with little certainty about who introduced it, became relevant only on a single social network within that community. That could hardly have happened naturally.

This may be a somewhat hasty conclusion, but perhaps this subreddit is being used by a group of writers to promote their fiction and achieve similar results to Reverend Insanity, using multiple accounts to do so.

Now, why is it the Chinese government? That'll be for a part two. Tomorrow I'm going out to play grass; if I see an Asian person, I'll do part two. If I never show up again, good morning, good afternoon, and good night to everyone.

curiosity about theory of mind, Adversity capacity, EI and other categories of the type

Recently, I remembered that this community exists and I've caught up a bit (nothing has changed since a year ago, only "friend" is high tier for some reason, which, I suppose, is a good thing.).

And well, I've become fascinated by the concepts of "theory of mind," "emotional intelligence," "adversity capacity," and all those terms related to the mind. I'd like to learn a bit about how it all works and how to put it into practice. Obviously, I want to clarify that I'm not trying to be like any fictional character (the mere idea of trying to imitate a "SCD Character" makes me cringe), I just want to learn ways to better identify other people's emotions and be more persuasive. I also want to become much more mentally resilient and be able to respond to adversity and complex conflicts while managing my own emotions.

I want to clarify that I'm not ignorant on this subject. I know the basics of psychology, I can read a bit of body language, make normal deductions about behavior, and create simple psychological profiles. But I want to take it to the next level now.

Also, I struggle quite a bit with handling adversity: I suffer from a lot of stress and tend to get depressed, procrastinate, and isolate myself in high-pressure environments (which is completely normal, but not entirely pragmatic; I know I can do better).

I would also appreciate advice on how to optimize my thinking, reasoning, insight, and judgment to make them more efficient and fluid. I think someone was doing a post about "SCD as self-improvement" a while ago, but I don't know what happened to it.

I also know there are tons of YouTube videos about everything I'm talking about, but I just can't trust them: they all seem like content farms selling you repetitive and useless information along with courses that are probably scams. So I'd appreciate it if you could also include a creator who is actually credible.

I think my biggest problem, too, is that I rarely need to apply all of this: Every day I just do repetitive and monotonous things like going to high school with teachers who have no motivation to do any work, doing and talking nonsense with the same old guys, and finally staying in bed the rest of the day doing practically nothing besides sleeping and using social media. It's easy to see that what I do doesn't require any real cognitive/emotional effort beyond the game itself and the bare minimum. And that might be a little bad for my mental health and cognitive abilities. But I would like to know an opinion.
