Very unsurprising results 😂

Henry was adopted from the Humane Society at 10 weeks, he’s 14 weeks old now! I also have a lovely but blind senior golden doodle, who has taught him to stand still in the yard and stare at nothing lol!!! The small poodle did surprise me as his estimated adult weight is 70lbs (which is exactly what the veterinarian guessed he would weigh as an adult, which is a heck of a coincidence!) Henry has a LOT of golden retriever relatives and one brother nearby!

The criminal and his crimes: property destruction

I got Henry from the humane society at 9 weeks old. His whole litter was there! I should have known he was a troublemaker rofl, he’s 14 weeks old now

Question about crate training 12 week old golden doodle puppy. We’ve had him for 10 days.

Henry isn’t crazy about the crate. We’ve landed on a temporary solution that’s working just okay. I moved a folding table into my bedroom and put the crate on top so he’s right next to me in bed. I put my fingers in the crate to sooth him and he settles down and sleeps fairly fast once I poke my fingers in and pet him a bit. He gets up and I take him to for potty breaks at around midnight and 3 am and he wakes up for good at 5-6 am. He requires soothing when he goes back into the crate but just for a couple of minutes. I’d love to remove the folding table and put him on the floor in my room and eventually transition to a normal dog bed once his bladder can cope. Overall his potty training and leash walking is going very well. He’s very smart! Overall very well adjusted and happy but I’m very much eager for the day the crate isn’t in my face all night. Any suggestions on when/how to gradually move the crate to the floor a bit further from me?

My new humane society rescue puppy has “known parentage” (golden mom , poodle dad, oops litter). Is there any point to doing a DNA test? Has anyone’s vet found the results helpful?

He’s the most doodly dude that ever doodled. Name proposals are Henry, Quincy, Otto, or Murphy

Update changes?

My kid hit cancel instead of details so I don’t know what the changes were from the update. I have a 25 all-wheel-drive hybrid. If I go in the details, it only mentions towing and I don’t know why they would need to shut the whole vehicle down at 1 AM for a towing update

This is amethyst in the snow Mountain bluet. How do I know when it’s too far gone to try to treat it versus pulling it out?
