Fraud Claim
My wife’s debit card info got compromised, and someone made a bunch of fraudulent charges through an Apple ID. Apple agreed the charges were fraudulent, closed the Apple ID, and gave us a case number. Apple says they can’t provide the details of the case and that NF needs to contact them.
We sent NF investigators the Apple case number, Apple contact info, and list of disputed transactions.
NF is now saying they need more info, but are refusing to contact Apple.
What are we supposed to do now?

Bank vs Apple
My wife’s debit card info was compromised, and someone made a bunch of fraudulent charges through an Apple ID. Apple agreed that the charges were fraudulent and closed the Apple ID.
Apple is saying our bank needs to reimburse us because the debit card info was compromised, but our bank is saying that Apple needs to reimburse us. Which one is correct?
