Was dumbstruck by this gorgeous and functional bridge over a creek in Hocking Hills State Park. Felt like it was pulled right out of the games.

Hi Reddit,
I've grown this jade from a little 6" baby I got at Ikea to the Old Mother of the Desert pictured. I'm not sure how to prune it, but pretty sure it would benefit from a pruning. What's the general strategy for doing so?
I know not to take too much (more than 1/3 of plant). And was thinking of targeting the lower gangly branches.
