So I just got Modern Warfare 2 (2022) on steam sale for the first time few days back and today I noticed this weird texture missing and flickering issue. Can someone put a light on this topic, is it game's engine issue or something wrong with my hardware?

1 TB NVME Gen 4 (on which the game is installed)

Hello everyone, I have an issue with this game. As you all can see in the video how crazy the stutters are (for first few minutes) when the game is launched after a clean restart/shutdown of PC. Also the occasional stutters can be noticed as-well while playing the game. Same issue was faced while playing Dying Light 2.

Specs:
Ryzen 7 7700
32 GB 6000Mhz
RTX 5070

P.S: The game is installed in a SATA SSD.
