[BETA] IntelliKin - Your Apple Watch AI companion that turns conversations into action

Hi everyone! We are looking for beta users for IntelliKin

What it is: IntelliKin is an ambient AI companion that runs on your Apple Watch. You talk through your day: meetings, calls, commutes. IntelliKin listens. After each conversation, it pulls out tasks, deadlines, and who you're waiting on and organizes them for you.

Every evening, IntelliKin wraps your day: a ranked task list for tomorrow, already prioritized and positioned around your calendar, plus a personal journal of the important moments, decisions, and conversations you had that day.

Who it's for: Founders, operators, consultants, and anyone dealing with ADHD-related working memory challenges. People who have more high-value conversations than their memory reliably handles.

What you need: iPhone + Apple Watch (running watchOS 10 or above). Android is not supported yet. The Watch is the sole capture device. No additional hardware required.

Privacy: Audio is processed on our servers and deleted, usually within minutes. We keep the tasks and the summaries. We never keep the recordings.

What you get:

  • Free during the entire beta. No card required.
  • A nightly Kin wrap (your day distilled into tomorrow's task list).
  • Direct access to give feedback that shapes the product.

Happy to answer any questions or hear your thoughts on the idea. Thanks!

Looking for beta users for AI companion that automatically turns conversations into tasks (Apple Watch users)

Hi everyone!

We're building IntelliKin, an AI companion that automatically turns the commitments and tasks you mention throughout your day into a managed, self-updating to-do list and schedule.

The idea came from a simple frustration: important follow-ups and promises are often made in conversations but never make it into a task manager or calendar. Existing tools still require you to manually write everything down, and that's where things get forgotten.

Instead, IntelliKin listens for actionable commitments, extracts tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups, and keeps your task list updated as new conversations happen.

We're currently preparing for a small private beta (around 40 users) and are looking for people who:

  • Wear an Apple Watch regularly (running watchOS 10 or above)
  • Have lots of meetings, conversations, or daily commitments
  • Often find themselves forgetting follow-ups or things they said they'd do
  • Are willing to provide feedback and help shape the product

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Happy to answer any questions or hear your thoughts on the idea. Thanks!

How often do you actually read the transcript?

I've noticed the transcription misses a fair amount, it's mangled plenty of what my friends and I said. The summaries have still been working okay for me though, which made me wonder which part people actually rely on. Do you read the transcript itself, or mostly just the summary? Curious whether accuracy is the real problem or if I'm looking at the wrong layer.
