I have noticed that many people feel lost when starting freelancing Or trying to understand how remote work and online hiring actually work in practice.

At the same time. I have also seen many people struggle to find reliable remote workers, even after spending a lot of time to searching through profiles and applications.

So i would like to offer free guidance and mentorship based on real experience to help people avoid common mistakes, better understand remote hiring and move in a more practical direction.

Sometimes i look at a product a page and think everything seems okay, then the conversion data tells a completely different story.

Makes me realize how hard it can be to spot what is actually hurting a listing while you are working on it everyday.
