So I'm finally starting to see issues with my PF9. Went through a phase this morning where I couldn't get the front screen to come on. It was clearly detecting when the device was open, but if I closed it the front screen wouldn't go active.
I have discovered that if I close it gently, it's largely fine - but if I do it quickly, that's when the issue happens. Is it worth pushing the button on a replacement? It is bearable, at the moment, but I suspect it will only get worse.
I'd want to do the advanced replacement as I wouldn't want to be without a phone, but I don't want to be lumbered with a bill if they declare there's nothing wrong with the phone, or it's had "damage" to it. How have people found the advanced replacement system with similar issues?
Clearly Uno is unwilling to give me my laptop bag back.
