Need help on what to do next ?

Here is what i got, i m currently running fei/cypher/robin/av, Therta/trib/lingsha/herta pupp, phaenon/bronya/sunday/huohuo.
I plan on building a sw999 team as i got yao guang too, but idk if it s worth as i don t have sparxie ?
I would maybe need to pull for phaenon team but as an (almost) ftp i feel like E2 + his best teamates are hard to pull.
What should i get next ? I m currently trying to get Yao guang light cone so she ll fit in many of my teams.
