Some of my favorite recently read/watched Wuxia/Xinxia stories.

Naruto - A young boy with immense chi is determined to become the leader of his sect alliance, despite having the chi and soul of a demonic fox demon god venerable sealed within him. The boy goes on to spread a dao of friendship and peace across his world. Fights are great. The power levels get pretty high as the story progresses. There's not much romance (unless you count the lead and deuteragonist...), so no harem. There are training arcs, demonic techniques, faction wars, and demonic beasts. Mostly a political show. HM - The series sequel follows the MC's son, and is definitely a xinxia.

Gurren Lagann - A young bum stumbles upon a thousand-year-old artifact inheritance of the spiral sect, and uses it to overthrow the demonic venerable ruling the world. The second season is definitely Xinxia, because the protagonist and cast go on to face the anti-spiral demonic void venerable in multiversal space. Tropes include true love, stakes, scifi cultivation, aliens, and heavy artifact usage.

Kung Fu Panda (BEAST CULTIVATION SCRIPTURE!!) - Po begins as a noodle shop worker before accidentally falling into the Dragon Warrior selection ceremony and being picked by Martial Ancestor Oogway to become said Dragon Warrior. Over the film, he trains, makes friends with his elder brothers and sisters, and defeats the unchained demon leopard venerable Tai Lung. The sequels are just as great, with Po going on to avenge the murder of his tribe and even transcend to the spirit realm. Tropes include training, revenge, responsibility, ethnic cleansing, and secret techniques.

Lego Ninjago - This is one of the most famous Western Wuxia/Xinxia. It begins with four students under the teachings of daoist Wu, who must master four elemental weapon dao to defeat the underworld king, Lord Garmadon. That's only season one, however. The show continues on for over a dozen more, and features everything from beast cultivators to the underworld. The characters explore dozens of secret realms and dimensions as they grow in power to protect the world of Ninjago. Tropes include training, secret realms, family drama, sect power struggle drama, powercliffing, NTR, and marketable action figures.

Spiderman - A young orphan being raised by his aunt and uncle is bitten by a mysterious demonic arachnid and awakens spider demi-god physique. After the death of his uncle due to a moment of carelessness, the orphan devotes himself to the path of suffering to protect the commoners and those he loves. This is one of the longest Wuxia, having been written by several different authors over the last few decades. Tropes include scifi/magic, harem, NTR, enemies to lovers, lovers to enemies, training arcs, mind wipes, time travel, crossovers, jianghu vs government, and sacrificing for mortals.

Seniors, a new rising star of has emerged from Shaolin!

Have you seen the newest rising star of Mount Song? He wields pinnacle lightness and thrown weapon techniques. I heard him publicly declaring that he'd follow the path of Dao Lord Li Bron. Have other brave warriors heard of this new hero? (Un-dao for a second, Wemby is actually turning into a Shaolin monk.)

Shadow Storage is a 10-shadows ability. Yuta either killed Megumi with a bush or had Rika eat a piece of his own granddaughter to gain that power. No other character outside of 10 Shadows users has this ability, Rika included. How did Yuta get that?
